What is Younger Member Forum (YMF)?

ASCE YMF is a professional organization geared towards making the transition from being a recent graduate or young civil engineer to a professional licensed engineer seamless, exciting, and fun. YMF provides the platform for networking, learning, career advancement, and community outreach. In addition, YMF cultivates communication, organization, and time management skills and numerous other proficiencies required to become a successful project manager and technical engineer. The first 15 years of your career are very important.

As a result of the creation of this new YMF branch, graduate engineers and young engineers will not have to drive to Orange County or L.A. County in order to enjoy the wide range of activities YMF provides. In addition our new YMF branch has an enthusiastic executive board which is planning exciting upcoming events. Some of these events include Perris High School EVID program community outreach, Western Regional Younger Member Counsel in Phoenix Arizona , and occasional happy hours.
